Marketing Data Reconciliation

Three systems, three numbers

Meta says 842, GA4 says 761, the CRM shows 684 — which is right? Paste the count each system reports and see where they diverge, the gap at each hop, and the likely cause, tracking gaps kept separate from real funnel drop-off. Nothing is stored.

Source + count (one row per system)

A two-column CSV: system/source + a lead-or-conversion count. Name rows with the platform/stage (Meta, GA4, CRM, Qualified, Sales) so the causes are stage-aware.

How it works

  1. 1Grab the lead/conversion count each system reports — Meta, Google Ads, GA4, your CRM, qualified, sales — and put them in a two-column CSV (e.g. System, Leads) with one row per source.
  2. 2Paste it in. The tool orders the sources along the real funnel (ad platform → analytics → CRM → qualified → sale) and shows exactly where the numbers diverge.
  3. 3You get the gap at each hop, the total that can't be reconciled between systems, and the likely cause of each gap — separating tracking problems from real funnel drop-off.

When to use it

  • Meta, GA4 and your CRM report three different lead numbers and nobody knows which to trust.
  • You want to know whether a gap is a tracking problem or genuine funnel loss.
  • You're building a report and need to explain why the platform numbers don't match the CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Marketing Data Reconciliation tool free?

Every account gets one free run of each AI tool, no card needed. After that it's 1 credit per reconciliation — the free monthly credits cover normal use, and credit packs top up if you need more.

What format does my data need to be in?

A simple two-column CSV: a source/system column and a count column, one row per system. For example: 'System,Leads' then 'Meta,842', 'GA4,761', 'CRM,684', 'Qualified,291', 'Sales,47'. Column names are auto-detected.

Why do Meta, GA4 and my CRM never match?

They measure different events over different windows. Ad platforms count in-platform form submits; analytics only sees what loads on your site (and misses ad-blocked or consent-declined hits); the CRM only has what actually reached it. Some gap is normal — this tool tells you how big it is and where.

Does it separate tracking gaps from real drop-off?

Yes. The gap between your ad platform, analytics and CRM is a tracking/reconciliation question. The gap from CRM to qualified to sale is real funnel drop-off, not a data problem — the tool labels each hop so you don't chase a tracking fix for a sales issue.
