Tackticx ("we", "us") helps you generate ad creatives, copy, and related marketing assets. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, and workspace/company name when you sign up.
• Brand & brief data — the brand kits, offers, colors, logos, positioning, and products you enter to generate creatives. You choose what to provide.
• Generated content — the creatives, captions, and ad copy we produce for you, saved so you can return to them.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

• To generate your creatives, copy, and marketing guidance.
• To operate your account, meter credits, and keep the service secure.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party AI providers

To power optional AI features we send the minimum necessary text to specialist providers: ad copy to DeepSeek, voiceover to ElevenLabs, and (when enabled) imagery to fal.ai. We send only what's needed to fulfil your request and don't share your account credentials with them. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

4. Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your brand kits, products, and creatives at any time, and delete your account from Settings — which removes your workspace data. To request access or export, contact us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), sessions use signed tokens, and access is scoped to your workspace. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
