CRM Lead Follow-up Auditor

The revenue rotting in your pipeline

Most leads are lost after you've paid for them — never called, called too late, or dropped after one try. Upload a CRM export and see exactly which leads are leaking, per rep, plus the pipeline you're leaving on the table. Nothing is stored.

Your CRM export (CSV)

Needs a status/stage column or a date (created / first-contact / last-activity). Owner and deal-value columns unlock the per-rep leaderboard and pipeline estimate.

How it works

  1. 1Export your leads/contacts from your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or a sheet) as a CSV and paste or upload it.
  2. 2It auto-detects your columns and checks every open lead for the follow-up leaks that quietly cost sales: never contacted, contacted too late, gone cold, single-touch, and worth reactivating.
  3. 3You get the counts, the specific leads behind each flag, a per-rep leaderboard, and an estimate of the pipeline sitting unworked — so you know exactly what to chase today.

When to use it

  • You suspect leads are slipping through the cracks but can't see where.
  • You want to know which reps are letting leads go cold — objectively, from the data.
  • You're sitting on months of old leads and want a reactivation list ranked by value.

Frequently asked questions

Is the CRM Follow-up Auditor free?

Every account gets one free run of each AI tool, no card needed. After that it's 1 credit per audit — the free monthly credits cover normal use, and credit packs top up if you need more.

What columns does my CRM export need?

At minimum a status/stage column or a date column (created, first-contact, or last-activity). It also uses owner/rep and deal-value columns when present — for the per-rep leaderboard and the missed-pipeline estimate. Common column names are auto-detected.

How is 'missed pipeline' calculated?

It sums the deal values of open leads that were never contacted or have gone cold. It's an honest estimate of what's sitting unworked from your own numbers — an upper bound, not a forecast. No value column means no rupee estimate (the tool says so).

Is my CRM data private?

Yes. The audit runs on the server and nothing is stored. Only anonymised, aggregated counts (never names, emails or phone numbers) are sent to the AI for the written action plan.
